Returns & 90-Day Replacement

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Email socialsparkgloballlc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions.

Items need to come back with all their parts: brush heads, pads, charging cable and floor brush handle sections.

Return shipping: you cover it, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

90-day replacement

If your Whirl stops working within 90 days of delivery, email socialsparkgloballlc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement. You don't need to send the broken one back first.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund. No return needed.
