PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We sell cleaning tools, including The Whirl cordless spin scrubber, The Sweep-Whirl 3-in-1 rotating floor brush, and The Whirl Set bundle. Product descriptions, images and specs are as accurate as we can make them. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

 

ORDERS

We accept orders for delivery within the United States only. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, a price was entered in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page and shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy page.

 

WARRANTY

Our 90-day replacement promise for The Whirl is described on the Refund Policy page.

The ScrubWhirl name, logo, product photos and written content belong to Social Spark Global LLC. Do not use them without written permission.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, ScrubWhirl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

 

DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
