How long does the battery last?
We only quote what the manufacturer lists, so we don't promise a runtime. Charge it fully before first use and recharge when it slows down.
Can it get wet?
Keep the charging port cover closed when wet, and don't charge it in the shower.
Which head do I use?
Flat for tile, pointed for grout, round for the tub. Swap the pad for stovetops and shower glass.
What's in The Whirl Set?
The Whirl plus the 3-in-1 floor brush, for $15 more than The Whirl alone. The floor brush only comes in the Set.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If it's not for you, email us and we'll sort out the return. If it stops working within 90 days, we replace it.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.
Why did my set arrive in two boxes?
The Whirl and the floor brush ship separately, so they may arrive a few days apart.

Will it scratch my surfaces?
Use the softer heads on glass and glossy finishes. Test stiff brushes on a hidden spot first.
Can I use the floor brush on hardwood?
No. It's made for tile, vinyl, concrete and patio. Stiff bristles can scratch wood.
